May 24--Musical comedy on teens is Aug. 4

-- Striving for Perfection Ministries will present "After School Moments," a musical comedydrama, on Aug. 4 at 7 p.m. at their Bass Avenue facility. Music show to feature local talent

Songwriters and musicians have a new way to get that big break -- "XLR Live." The show is a production of XLR Records out of Pensacola and provides both musical performances and interviews with musicians in the Southeast.

The show will air Fridays and Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. in Fort Walton Beach and Destin on Cox Communications Channel 39, and in Santa Rosa County on Channel 27.
